Hold Me Tight: The couple's weekend

Do you feel you both need more than a book? Or have you read the Hold Me Tight book and would like to have more practical guidance? Are you already in couple's therapy and would like to complement it?

Hold Me Tight® Couples Weekend April 23rd and 24th 2016 ~ Marbella
Learn: 
  • how to mend ruptures in your relationship and restore mutual affection
  • create safety and trust in your relationship
  • to share what really matters to you without resulting in conflict
  • to attune to each other and become emotionally and physically closer
  • more about each other's inner world to understand each other better

This is a psycho-educational workshop. In a safe and supportive environment you will be guided through the process of identifying ways to create more safety together and making a loving and intimate connection. Videos from real-life couples will be shown and you will practice together. Sharing in the group is voluntary.

The travel from Malaga airport to Marbella is fairly easy, and will take around 30-45 minutes. You can rent a car, take a taxi, or even take the bus, which stops near the office and Marbella Centre. We will be happy to advise you about transport and hotel possibilities in the neighbourhood.
